Cranks sparks but no pulse..

I changed the crank sensor cam sensor checked the ground I got power at the injectors I did the mood test and nothing!? I checked all the cables cleaned it up at ecm and icm checked the fuse n all I have 40psi fuel relays good … I have the check engine light on but I don’t have a scanner..

Don't need one. A paper clip works.
