Crankshaft Pulley and Torque Specs

Hello,

Can a non-turbo crankshaft pulley be used on a turbo engine? Also, what are the torque specs for this crankshaft pulley on a 1984 GN? I've seen torque specs for 86-87 and was not sure if they would be the same for an 84. Thanks!
