crazy 02's whats wrong???

Are these CC's ok?
SM ,after warmed up, the 02's read .000 when at a light or something.
a little gas makes it go up but it eventually goes back to .000mv
And at WOT it will read .037 or .359 or something really crazy.

I plan on getting an AC delco sensor soon.

any help is appreciated.

Possibly a bad O2 sensor?
I had a Tomco on the car for 2 months. Under WOT, the O2's would drop down to .000 and I was getting some crazy numbers under part throttle also. I threw in a new Delco O2 and everything is fine.

Also, cc (cross counts) are supposed to cycle from 0-250 within a 90 second period to indicate that the O2 is properly sampling. The cc shouldn't be locked on a single number.

$38.99 for an AC delco????? Can I get it cheaper anywhere else??
