Crossbolts for front and rear cap on 153 block

I don't know if I've lost them or never had them. One thing is for sure, I need them. Is there a source for these? ARP? Is it a standard sized grade 8 bolt?

They are standard 7/16" coarse threads. Normally a 12 point bolt is used , but a socket head cap screw or standard grade 8 bolt would be fine. Mike

Don't forget that one of the rear cross bolts is longer in length.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll get out my trusty depth gauge (AKA uncooked spaghetti) and precisely measure the depth of each location.

You can get 12 point stuff from McMaster-Carr for a decent price. You usually have to buy them 10 at a time. I've bought some studs and 12 point nuts from them lately that ended up being ARP.
