cruise was an option availible.
my 87 t didnt have it and with some parts cars(and discovering the car was pre-wired for cruise) in my back yard and work 35 miles away i added cruise to mine.wasnt too hard, should be able to install in an afternoon.
1) turn signal / cruise stalk the hardest part to change since you have to run wires through the steering column.plug is there for the wires coming from stalk.
2) control box mounts above gas pedal- plug/harness already there.
3) brake switch with vacumn switch has to be added to bracket above/beside where brake lamp switch is.
4) plug to harness for cruise servo is near firewall/and where column passes through, also there is a hole already in firewall for harness, vacumn line to pass through.
5) mount servo with bracket, run harness and vacumn line from brake pedal, connect to vacumn supply "Y" near where you mount the servo, run cable to throttle body and youre done.cruise lamp will work in the dash too, just like the factory would had did it.
