D5 mod question

Would my car benefit in having my D5 modified to stall at 2800? See my sig for what's been done to the car so far. I'd say it's still pretty much stock. I plan to add a TA-49 turbo in the near future.

If it does benefit my car, does anyone know where or who I can send the convertor to have it changed? Does anyone know what the cost may be?
