Just saw an ad for a made for ESPN TV movie about Dale's life.....hopefully it will be made better than Days of Thunder

Heard the family did not authorize it and supposedly there are a lot of inaccuracies in it. I am sure Barry Pepper, the actor that plays Dale will do a good job of portraying him.

Just wish someone did it right and put it on the big screen.

I'm just wondering how they're going to portray the cause of his injuries; the harness breaking, the helmet impact, etc. I know one of the officials who was there, and it's a huge controversy. Maybe they'll just gloss over the details of it, I dunno.
