Yeah that is kinda fast I have a feeling that car is going to be tough to beat at the World Street Nats especially if he can find some traction (60' times in the 1.3x range)........

He has finally found starting line boost and traction but there are other issues that he is working on... It's all about getting everything to work with each other.. I hope they have enough time to get things sorted out but they are getting very close!

Did you get to see him run since you're in FL also?

Nah I've never seen this car run, but his old black LX with a single turbo 331ci motor I did see run at a track rental at Moroso.......

He was probably racing at Bradenton or Speedworld....... Moroso down here in south Florida (West Palm) has gone down hill and a lot of the guys with faster cars don't bother racing there anymore!
Also, they (Moroso) raised the rate to do a track rental and if they were testing the car with Cal it was probably at a private track rental......

I've seen that car in person down here and it is worth every penny he is asking for it if you want a badass Mustang race car!!! I have also posted about this car on here several times before just to show that it's NOT cheap at all to build a 7 second car (matter of fact it's cheaper to buy one like this that is already done)............

Brad Brand is scheduled to be in Huntsville, Al at the $20k Outlaw 10.5 championship this weekend.. Well, him and about 80 other 10.5 outlaw cars from around the country..

Heading there first thing in the morning.. 80 outlaw 10.5's pre-entered, 40 pro mods pre entered, plus limited street, pro mod bikes, etc.. Outta be one hell of a show.
