Dash Cluster Problems

When i turn the interior lights on, the backlight for the speedometer doesnt come on, the right turn signal light stays on without the blinker on as well as the high beam light signal without the high beams being on. Anyone ever experience these problems? Should i just get a new dash cluster? what could be the problem and is there a fix?

The ground down by the e-brake isn't attached.

can you send me a pic of what that ground wire looks like and where exactly its supposed to be attatched? i looked around and didnt see any loose wires
