It looks like you would really benefit from some hands-on help. I have a few people in CA that could really help you out, I think. I've seen a few posts from you here, but it's difficult to provide help in this environment if you haven't really had any exposure to the system yet. I'll post another message here on Monday when I get back to work and I can give you the names of some of my dealers in CA. We should be able to find someone fairly close to you. You may want to call whoever you bought your system from, they owe it to you to help you out with these things as well. If, by chance, you have a copy of the Windows C-Com software, there is a bunch of built-in help info that answers a lot of the questions you have posted here.
