Dataman S3 programmer & OTC Scan Tool

Came across this Dataman S2 chip programmer used for burning Turbo Buick chips back in the day. Not sure of the value. Maybe someone with knowledge obout these could help. Hell, I never saw one before. All the parts and pieces are there along with reams of proms. Also there is an OTC Gensys Scan Tool and I think its all there too. These are not mine. They belong to a lady trying to liquidate her late husbands GN stuff. He was a Buick Engineer in Flint who was working on the development of the turbo regals. Again, I have no knowledge of their value just trying to help her get rid of this stuff and reclaim her garage.
