Daul-piston Calipers for G-bodies?

Are there any replacement dual-piston calipers for our cars?

Like from another GM vehicle? Or aftermarket?

Ck stock car websites, a copy called Howe makes 3 calipers for the "B" body spindle, commonly called the mid size caliper. Don't know any for the metric caliper unless SSBC new caliper fits.
