Did a slight rebuild, now I need help....

Sooo... I just did a slight rebuild of my '86 GN (pulled motor, transmission, and fuel tank) and I have it all about 95% complete but I've hit two small snags, the first is, I ordered new stainless steel trans cooler lines but I can't remember how the lines are routed. The second issue I am having is my fuel line routing, I wanted to replace the rotting rubber lines going from the tank pick-up assembly to the factory hard lines, I was wondering what other people have done as it seems I cannot find a replacement for the factory rubber that was bent in certain places... Went to the auto parts store and got some fuel injection hose in the right size.

Yeah, I have hose from the auto parts store but it gets pinched when I try to install the tank. I'll fiddle with it more, maybe I'm not doing it right.
