Mine doesn't rattle like most 3rd gens, but has its squeeks. The GN had a nice one also from the windshield.

That is an easy fix. The squeak on the GN is caused by the hood shifting and vibrating on the rear hood bumper located in the center of the cowling. Small spot of lithium grease or moly will stop this and will not be seen unless pointed out. :D

And no 3.8 had center bolt heads..only 3.0 FWD castings 7515,2408,6702.. difference..who knows exactly for sure..they all look the same.

Don't tell my wife's Toronado that. It has a 3.8L and has center bolt heads. It is an '87. Sssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh............. ;)

Ok I'd like to put in my 2 cents.People keep on saying that the TTA felt alot qucker and faster.

I believe them that it feels alot faster then a gn running the same times and speed. Why??Because you are sitting on the ground! Also because the road feel is transmitted thru the car.

I have road in a stock TTA and it felt almost as fast as my GN. I say almost as fast because currently my GN runs 12.17 VS a max of 13 for a stock TTA.

So it is my opinion that why the TTA feels that much quicker is the proximity to the ground and road feel.

That being said I think that most of the changes from the GN to TTA are due to fitment of the engine not performance.:)

someone at work told me that the TTA's has GNX motors in them. they had bigger heads and a bigger turbo and a bigger intercooler...
