Allegedly that car started out as a diesel powered Cutlass Supreme- That way the owner could get around the emissions laws. Sure the doors and all the front sheetmetal and header panel pretty much bolts on, but the rear quarters and C-pillars had to take a lot of work. I would have suspected just a simple VIN tag swap, but the photos on the guy's website show all the work being done. The guy is definately hard-core.

And IIRC, nearly every inch of the interior is covered in black leather.
