Digital dash gone haywire

It always comes up "this video cannot be played" I have video of what my dash is doing but for some reason it will not upload and I have been trying to " Upload a File " for the past 2 hours and for some reason I can't get it to upload?

I apologize for not getting back to you I cannot for the life of me get my video to upload I have put it on Facebook and tried to put it on here from there with no luck. It probably doesn't help that I'm not that good when it comes to computer stuff .

Actually I was able to watch that video that you posted and my dash is doing the exact same thing as the one in your video.

That's what I was wondering I definitely appreciate your help. I just thought it was odd that the dash was messing up and the motor wouldn't even turn over if they were linked together somehow but I'm putting a new ignition switch in so hopefully that will solve the issue with it not turning over.
