Dipstick mounting

Can anyone confirm between which manifold tubes the dipstick runs through. I have seen some ic engines that have it between 3 and 5 bolted to the top stud on 3 but I have seen others between 1 and 3. My dipstick was from the 82 setup but I broke it so I'm trying to make a na one work without snapping the mounting tang off. Pics would be a plus.

Cody, installed a replacement stick (pulled handle off OG) and bolted it between 1 and 3 onto exhaust stud. Fits perfect.

Thanks Mike. I couldnt get the na dipstick to work so I found a intercooled one
