I'm getting a 95 Lumina soon but it doesn't have a rear window defroster..... and I really need one up my way.
Does anyknow know about those do-it-yourself kits for the rear window? I recall the old ones being really poor, but I saw a woman who had one put in and it was really decent. Unfortunately she could not recall who did it, where the parts came from or anything. I looked at JC Whitney and couldn't find anything, but I haven't tried Pep Boys or Autozone yet.
The worst case scenario is to get a replacement rear window with the unit and find the defroster switch from a boneyard and attempt to wire it in. I'd like to do something chepaer, easier and faster
