Does anyone elses TTA do this?

Do you power windows operate when the car is off. Mine does.. at any time without having the key in the ignition. Just wondering if anyone elses does this.

Nope, only with key in "ON" position.

someone must have re-wired them that way... or some wires got crossed somewhere... no thirdgen should do that...

If your wiring is good, check for a possible bad power window relay the is stuck closed also. Mark

Well, the windows work fine and I kind of like being able to roll them up or down at any time. Its kind of cool.. I think I will leave it the way it is, I thought it might have been another one of those "extras" our cars have.

Someone probably did it for an alarm that has the auto power window open or close on an extra button. Just my $.02
