I purchased two chrome parts from him for the longest and he is not sending them to me, yet I see he is still selling more of the parts I won. Wy haven't I got mine yet?

I've got the # MS, but he won't answer it. Trust me, I've tried many, many times. I never did get the $100 he owed me, but he sent me several hood latch assemblies & hood hinges back last week. I guess that was his way of answering all my nasty emails & telling me "here's your $$" Email me if you want his ph#. Thanks bud.
