I paid this guy on Saturday Sept 25th for a New Energy Suspension Hyperflex Master Kit and was told it would ship on Monday Sept 27th. Ive contacted him several times over about a month and got excuses and have been promised it would be shipped. Now he won't respond to any communication.

He is from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ive made a claim with Paypal, and he won't respond to Paypal either, so I don't expect to recover my funds thru Paypal.

I'm hoping to resolve this before this becomes a legal matter. If he thinks I will just go away, then he is very mistaken.

Hey! This is not a lie, my phone was washed by my fiance and as you know I recently got layed off, but I recently got hired by a mitsubishi dealership. I am shipping that part today, I will also be refunding you an amount of $20 which is what it will cost me to ship it. I am extremely sorry, I never procrastinate like this. I will make this right. I was hoping someone local to you would read it. And contact you. There's no need to send the $20. Just send the parts and I'm good. It wasnt anything personal just business.
