Does anyone sell a dark blue center console pod?

Can't seem to find one.

If not, what's the best way to dye one?

There is spray paint designed for exactly that purpose. It's the same stuff we have to use when replacing the plastic upper dash panel, because they only come in blue from the remaining factory stock. Go to your local parts store and ask for "plastic paint". Dupli-Color and other MFRs make it. It should work fine for your needs.
