Donating a Car

i have a 1998 cadillac deville for sale in the for non buick cars for sale section with blown head gaskets. I dont want much for the car but wanted to get some info on how donating a car works or if anyone knew of some good places to donate. Maybe i can get more $ that way. Any help would be great. The only way to make money on a donation is writing it off your taxes. That is if your taxes it works out in your favor.

Most Junkyards will pay 250-300 for that car. Check with your accountant see how you would make out better.

Maybe try Cadillac Owners.com also........might be someone near you on there that might have a good motor and a smashed car that would love to pick up a cheep donor.
