This company e-mailed me about a piece they were selling(a warner bros. piece) which my wife collects. So thinking it would be nice to give her for her birthday I ordered it. Their reply was they had to special order it and it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Well it's week 7 and I called them (2 weeks past my wifes b-day ) and they told me they still hadn"t located the piece and could not give me a ship date
I told them they had mislead me to believe they actually had the piece and if I recieve a catalog in the mail and went to the store they would have what they were advertising , then they hung up on me
