I think they've been arrested for their pranks. They tied a rope to a bike and left it to be stolen, some funny ones on that video too. I was watching the news and this video came up tonight. It must be gaining some traction.

Yeah, search around for other vids by the same people, they have a lot a funny ones with the bike on a rope! Good stuff for sure.
