they all had cutout even that one ..you can see the plastic boot on the paper that sticks into the door

Here are the door panels I am working with.
Someone spray painted the brown with black that is now flaking off. Power washer was able to get most of it off.
Cant seem to pin point what car that upper panel came out of. The lower panel has a 1983 year on the back.
I am going to try some custom fabric to replace those upper panels. Any suggestions?
