down pipe flange

iam looking for a flange that bolts to the turbo , one that is used for no waste gate with just a 3" hole in it, so i can fab my 3" down pipe up for my rx7, any body know who might have these.

Cotton knows where to get em. ATR maybe? He got one for my 3 1/2" DP project.

I believe Turbonetics and ATR have them. I have one around that somebody gave me; I believe it was from T'netics. Also, I seem to remember Jason Cramer of RJC Racing having some pictures of the flanges and a note that he was supplying them to DP manufacturers. I just looked for them on his site and couldn't find them, though.
