Downpipe flange

Need help finding a flange for downpipe I am going to a larger downpipe and also a external wastegate. Anyone know where I can find one? Should I be able to get one at a muffler shop?

Your best bet would be a custom exhaust shop. When I had my 2.5" custom downpipe made, thay used a new fange as well.
