Drained my battery, now car runs like crap.

I was putting in new T-top weatherstriping and ran my battery down.I recharged it and now the car coughs and sputters and stalls.Is this just a coincidence and something went out?Or do I need to reset something?

Disconnect the orange wire running to the battery at the connector/disconnector hook it back up, and run it around for a few minutes, and it will relearn.

might have a bad cell? Can you do an ampereage draw test.
