The first fuel pump relay had water inside because it was just laying in top of the inner fender and took the car to get a car wash and they wash the engine bay .After car wash I drove it to run some errands and in my way home I guess it just failed. Went that happened I took the relay out and tap it and water was coming out so called my wife to bring me a relay from our local auto part store so she did the one she got for me was defective because it didn't change anything long story short got the car home . Look for the fuel pump test wire no luck I get somebody cut it off so went to the rear of the car to fuel pump plug and used a wire from the battery to the Grey wire in the plug and the fuel pump came on . Went to Napa and pick up a new relay and the car started right up .
