Dropping boost

Wondering what you guys might this the cause of this is my 87 gn peaks at 20lbs boost then falls off at the top end on 2nd and into 3 to about 16/17lbs any ideas ?

Could be boost creep and 16/17 lbs is what your car is actually set up at? How are you controlling boost at the moment?

Boost spike. Normal to get a little in fist, but from 20 to 17 is a little much. what turbo? any aftermarket controller?
