Can a dry sump system be workable for a street car or are there anything one could do to convert it to a wet sump maybe with a duttweiller pump?

poop on the pump...

Stock Car Products/SCP (PUMP)
Four Stage(s) W/1.200" Stages
One Oil / Three Vac
With/28 tooth pulley in place
Driver Side Mount (typical)
Six #12 fittings (you would need two more)
It is a typical SII Circle Track Setup that rotates freely and shows no sign of damage looking throught the open fittings. Sold as is.
$300.00 plus shipping charges (new @aprox. $800)
Note: it came off of a running Jimmy Spencer speedway motor that had 1 race and was from an inventory of seven engines. It was the second one to be sold when ARCA ended V6 racing. The balance of which went to the Indi Lites program and are still being raced today to the best of my knowledge.
Visit the the Stock Car Parts web site to look have a look (they take better pictures than i'm capable of).
