Did some searching and found a vendor with the dual fan setup here

http://www.allstarperformance.com/product.htm?prod=720

for 85 dollars you just get the dual fans which I presume youd need to get a plug to plug in the second fan off your spliced main wire, or you could just cut the plug off the second fan and wire them directly with crimp connectors? Am I right?

Then you have the 100 dollar option with "buick gn adapter" What is that adapter, is it just a Y off of your original plug?

and last but not least, http://66.70.180.37/RX-G7-DFH.html

Ive seen a few posts saying to get the 84 dollar option and a 75 dollar harness from racetronix. No doubt it does the job but is it really necessary? Anyone test voltage drop from running two fans at the plug off one relay and the factory fan wiring/ground? The meat and potatos looks like an extra relay, and extra ground.

Id hate to spend 75 on something that isnt necessary

I full expect people to say that it is, and if you are going to say that, provide data to support your assertion please

and if im wrong in my assumptions on the first two setups let me know

get the racetronics harness with the relays theres no need of cutting or splicing, just a plug in harness. its about $60 shipped, very good harness

The dual fan set-up we have sold only required the ring terminals to be snipped off and replaced with bullet connectors (supplied). We have installed quite a few and run this fan on our ESP Twin Turbo car. We do run an aluminum radiator (1" row; 2 row) with this fan and have been very pleased with the performance of both. The fan is low profile and fits extremely well on the stock, or stock size, radiator. With this wire hook-up you still maintain factory relays and the computer control of the fan.

Hope this helps.
