Dual nozzle needed @ what power level?

This has most likely discussed here,but I dont have skills searching here it seems.

I am curious,,@ what power levels are guys using a dual nozzle set-up?

Running 11's w/a single then to go 10's run a dual nozzle se-up?

A vague question, but I am just thinking of a general rule as to when you guys switch to a dual nozzle set-up.

Like maybe, guys are using a 70 lb per min turbo & the single nozzle cannot get enough fuel to the engine while pumping 28 psi?

I am sure there are a lot of variables involed but, like I stated,just as a general rule of thumb.
