Anybody out there running E85 on a hot air car? I pulled the pin and ordered up a works 5857 turbo 3" down pipe injectors, pump chip etc just wondering what to expect as far as HP and 1/4 et so I can dream a little. (recovering from shoulder surgery and have to wait a couple months) Also wondering if they're's any big issues or mistakes I need to worry about and avoid so's I don't blow up my ride

I just switched to corn last November, only put about 50 miles on before the driving season was done. I went from being able to run about 10 psi with a couple degrees of knock on real shitty 91, to 18 psi so far with no knock whatsoever. My chip is programmed for 21 psi and I'm pretty confident I'll see that soon, if that tells you anything. It seems to love the corn juice.

Curios, what's needed to run e85? is it just injectors and fuel pump upgrade?

Pretty much from what I understand- I haven't got that far yet. That and a tune. I think stock fuel lines can support about all the power a stock engine can handle but don't quote me Im no expert.
