I'll leave out the whining about someone ripping me off on eBay, but what's to stop a seller from "unregistering" and then registering under another sig?

I went to leave negative feedback on some slacker and now he's unregistered, but what if I find him under another name? You can't leave feedback because you're not involved in a transaction with that person...

Suggestions? (other than popping the clown.....)

It would be nice if ebay had a list of known scammers on their site. They could update it with credible information if the person is found to be using a different user name.

The plus to not being able to leave feedback unless your involved in a transaction is that peoples feedback areas wont turn into forums of people hating on someone. The bad part is, you cant leave proper feedback for the person.

Your other account

You could always do the same. Make an account just like the seller and out bid every one on everything they have for sale. Do it again and again, perhaps this should be done from a public computer? Just a thought or you could follow ebays rules on security and work with ebay to resolve the issues.
