ECM Doesn't see 4th gear request?

My car doesn't like to go into 4th gear, even up to 50MPH, unless I lift slightly. I've adjusted the TV cable per the GNTType web site, and fiddled around with it since then, doesn't get any better. I hooked up TLink today and took a cruise, and I noticed that the TCC doesn't always engage (per the ECM) right @ 45MPH (chip is set to 45MPH), sometimes later. And I also noticed Tlink doesn't indicate 4th gear ever, just 3rd.

WHat would cause the ECM not to see the 4th gear request? I checked the speed per TLink and it matches the speedometer display.

Yes.. I don't know what else it could be...

Are these switches readily available for purchase?
