Is this Johnny? U raced my buddy peters green nova last year?

Nope not Johnny but he is a friend of mine.

i love how everyone is playing it up like snow in February isn't a thing that's ever happened before..
we are truly becoming a nation of pussies.

It's snow talk! We're not afraid of the snow, but its here and were talking about it. I'll be out in it soon enough.

34" here at work in Woodbridge CT. We got hammered. Went home around 3:30P Friday afternoon and get a call that the fire alarm panel is messed up around 8:30Pm so headed off to work. Nursing home so got to think of the old folks safety and obviously didn't think of my own. Got on Wilbur Cross Parkway and knew I made a mistake. Minimal lighting and whiteout conditions. Decided to get off the first exit I could and take main city streets instead. Only thing is I missed the exit! This is a road I drive every day and couldn't tell where I was. Once I did I ended up backing up and got off the exit, was the only one on the road at that time. Made it in to work and actually saw someone riding a bike on Dixwell ave. Stuck here now at 4:40am and everyone is calling out so doing everybody's job from laundry to maintenance. Ready to keel over.

I tuned here yesterday, and was supposed to fly out today. Flight is cancelled and it's not looking good for my tuning session in West Palm tomorrow. Time to go sledding!

Just heard a nice story about a National Guard paramedic and a civilian paramedic went out in a humvee in the hills of Worchester to delivered a baby at 3 in the morning. The regular ambulance couldn't get to the house. Good work.

On the sad side, a 12 year old died of CO poisoning when the car he was sitting inside had the exhaust pipe blocked by snow. He went in the car to warm up while shoveling without clearing the tailpipe area out. Kids don't think about that shit.

Took me 2 hours to do my driveway and walk. The drift off my wall to the street was 5' high. Funny thing, my roof that normally collects lots of snow had only a inch so no need to rake it off.

Hey Duarte, any road trips planned yet??? Once all this shit melts we gotta get you spoolin again...Mike
I'm having the engine shipped. no road trip. It's cheaper and less troublesome than drive 1100 miles each way.
As soon as it warms up i'll start tearing the motor out and working on the new one. It'll be running by end of May the latest.

Pronto -- cool story on those Paramedics. Sad about the 12 year old.

I just finished shoveling. over 4 hours. I cleaned the car of the lady downstairs. She gave me a huge bowl of Portuguese soup and Portuguese corn bread.
I washed it all down with an Octoberfest.

hey buddy, i got ur convo. i was out from 1am, to 9pm yesterday, it took me 20minutes after 1am to realize i hate snow this much... its so freak'n depressing... Evil, i wrote u a 3 page paper for a convo lol sorry, i'd love to meet up with u and ur regal brothers when u guys to to events so i can pick ur brains and hopefully learn a few things

evil do u tune the car yourself or do u use a local tuner? i was just curious to who in our area is know for working with GNs? i was wondering if slowhawk had any experience with gn's?

im curious to learn how to tune with the scanmaster and powerlogger, just scares me sometimes thinking i cant catch on

It seems we have highjacked this thread. I'll respond thru pm's.
I'm still learning myself about these cars.
As for tuning, i would go to CT. some of the best tuners in the country reside there.

Depending on your mods and goals tuning isn't impossible to learn. A TT chip allows adjustment in fueling and timing. An adjustable actuator rod can adjust boost. I good boost gauge is needed, a good fuel pressure gauge and afpr is needed and at least a Scanmaster. A few sessions at the track can yeild some decent times.
