electric fan operation

At what temp does the pcm turn on the electric fan or is it just with the a/c??

Depends on your chip. Erics is set at 166 degrees.

Do any of you know of a good brand for electric fans? I have a SBC 350 in my Limited with two 12" fans and it just smells like the fans are running hot and then are putting off a smell like their burning up. Here is a picture of the fans....
