Ok, I got a bunch of loose wires hanging around the engine bay, and my heater/ac doesn't work. Lets start with the hvac. When I turn it on and adjust the max/vent/def/etc switch I get the typical "swoosh" sounds from the vac lines etc but NO blower. So I jumped the blower motor directly to my battery and it fired up. Next I took out the controls and checked to see if everything was connected. It looks good to me. There is 1 wire harness coming out of it with 4 wires. They go like this: b has 2 brown/white wires going into it. c has 1 green, and e has 1 brown. On the controls themselves there is a terminal for a wire in spot d but there is no wire
. Also went through the fuse box but couldn't find one labled for the blower. Could it be a relay somewhere? With the power on for it there isn't any power @ the wire that connects to the blower. Where should I look next?
Now to the wires: Right from behind the blower motor area there is a set of 3 wires that are bonded together. there colors are green, tan, white. they are all cut and the white one is extended and goes into the fender. Another one is a harness that comes out of the same harness as the map sensor harness. It's a black connector with 2 wires. one black and the other black/white. Next harness is by the alternator. It's a green connector with 2 tan wires going together. There is other wires hanging around in the car that I will post tomorrow but I figured this will get you guys started. Thanks!
