Electrical problems Help

Just got the car back together after a couple of projects. (Headers, DP, injectors,etc.) I went to fire it up and nothing. No dome light, no clicks, no dash, nothing. Had the battery tested and it was bad so I put a new battery in. Same problem. All cables are hooked up, all ground wires are fastened securely.
Ideas?

I'd guess the fuse links aren't connected. There are three fuse links tied to five 12 gage wires that attach to the large stud at the starter. These links feed power to everything on the car. Check to see that they're attached, but also check to be sure they aren't burned or overheated - a common problem with the GN's.
