Engine Build Question and Recs

I am embarking on 249 CID 109 Block and need recs on build

I need it to be a able to drive around town if needed and to buick events so a solid cam and lifters with the higher spring pressure is probably not the way to go? May get a truck trailor at some point but not soon so can't tow it.

With a hydraulic roller cam, ported GN1 alum head and a forged 249 stroker and a 6765 DBB Billet what kind of ET or RWHP could I expect on 93 with Alky tune and a race gas tune?
Any recs on Cam grind and stroker parts?
