engine swap question

Just wondering if anyone here has swapped in a 455 in a GN/T? If so, were there any problems? A friend of mine has a 455 w/headers for sale and I was thinking about buying it instead of rebuilding the old V6. Anyone who has done this or knows someone who has, I'm looking for any kind of input... Thanks!
