erratic O2 readings

The O2 scanning function on my scanmaster gives me all sorts of weird numbers, at idle, wot, crusing etc. It Seems completely random, wide range of numbers. Am i not reading it correctly? or is something wrong with my sensor?

u need to read the 02's in 3 gear at WOT only.

Normally that is the last gear at the 1/4 mile racetrack you use.

the numbers tend to bounce around, actually this is usually a good thing means the o2 sensor is working, when it doesn't move around and starts to stay consistant is when you usually have a sensor trying to puke on you. (it no longer is reading)That's when you will notice you are using a lot of fuel and it's going pretty fast (the fuel that is). (car might start running crappy too) WOT is usally the only reading you really need to worry about that let's you know if you are running rich or lean.
