Wow Carl,

that motor is looking sweet. Did you get the turbine housing and downpipe coated ceramic? I need to get that done as nice as yours done.

Also.. that's the PTE plenum? looks like it has a ton of room for pipe clearance. Can you measure from the base to the bottom of the throttle body? I'd like to compare to my kenne belle piece.

Thanks! Mike Tomlin, the owner of Specialized Performance Coatings here in Arlington, ceramic coated both the exhaust housing and downpipe for me. It really smoothed the inside of the housing as well. I have been surprised how much of a difference the under hood temps have dropped. It is at least enough that I can tell a difference after I have made a run at the track.

That is in fact the Precision plenum. I ordered it from RJC in combination with his Power Plate. It solved the clearance problem perfectly for my 4" MAF pipe from TR Custom Parts. Not to mention, it is a really nice polished piece; and, it retains the proper location of the brackets unlike the spacers. If I remember correctly, it about .6875" taller than the stocker. I still have about .25" clearance between the MAF and up pipes.
