If you want a diagram of the stock exhaust, the only place I have seen one is in the exhaust book at Fleetfarm. It does a half-way decent job of showing it.
What do you mean by after the manifold? Here's the whole idea of the exhaust system on these cars.....
The driver's manifold is connected to the pass manifold via a crossover pipe, an up pipe connects the pass manifold to the turbo, the down pipe goes all the way from the turbo down to the catalytic converter or test pipe(whatever you have), from the cat there is a y-pipe, the rest winds up over the rear axle to the muffler, the tailpipes come off the muffler(which hangs in front of the gas tank and behind the rear axle) the exit behind each tire.
