exhaust manifold torque spec

Hi what is the correct exhaust manifold nut torque spec?

I am going to change my cracked manifold on monday.

37 pound is what the GN/Ttype.org say's

37 ft/lbs on iron heads although I can never get a torque wrench in the real tight spots...I always snug them firmly with a socket hand tight...I use gaskets as well.
