About to have a new exhuast put on( shop here has a mandrel bender) going to go with a single should i get 2 1/2 or 3 in?

its runnin ok got some work to do still need to get exhuast whil i got the cash thou. Takin it to bobs mufflers up there he does mandrel bent exhuast.

3",absolutely.the less backpressure the better on turbo cars.

no chambered mufflers either,use a straight thru design.if you can't see through it,don't use.don't let the exhaust shop tell you otherwise either,this isn't a camaro.

They use Magnaflow, can see straight thru it.

LOL. You're going to Bob's muffler in Bakersfield? Good luck. I tried several different times to get him to modify my 3" DP to fit with my headers. First he wouldn't even look at the car because it had no cat. Then he argued the "blower thingy" wasn't factory thus not smog legal and he wouldn't work on the car. He never did believe my car was factory equipped with a turbo and I had to leave before I did something bad to him.

I'm not sure if it was running last time you were here but my dad's stage II GN is up and running if you'd like a ride sometime.

found out its true what you said matt he didnt want to even try and put 3in exhaust on my car said it wouldnt be lega, i told him its not registerede in cali so dont worry bout it. Think i'll go with the ATR system instead. Hey are you goin to the vegas race? Met a guy here coulple weeks ago he's want to take his typhoon out there, i'll go but dont know if i'm racing or not yet. talk to ya later.

I'm doing everything I can to get mine up and running but I ran into some financial difficulties and haven't touched it in almost 5 months. It's so close to being done and it's killing me I can't finish it. I really want to make Vegas and I'm thinking about going even if the car isn't running. Maybe we could bolt my turbo, intercooler, and DP to your car and see how it runs since I don't have a use for them LOL.
