That depends entirely on your desires. I've never used the shift light function much because it's too low in the dash and can't be seen during a run anyway, unless you're running at night.
As for the TCC lock, I keep mine set at "8" I think. That will lock it up some where in the very low 80mph range. If you need it a little quicker, try 7, but I don't remember what that figures out to in mph. You want to make sure it's high enough not to bother you in everyday driving. And you also want to make sure it doesn't lock until after the 2-3 WOT shift has occured. If memory serves, this is somewhere around 60-65mph.
Anyway, at my level of performance, I've ended up with it set to 8.
As for the shift light, if you want to try it. The best rpm is always about 5,0000. Unless you're running a high winding stage II motor
