Extrude Hone

Has anyone or know of anyone who has used Extrude Hone for any sort of porting/polishing?

Yup..... it's expensive, but sometimes the only option in tight spaces. I had SBC exhaust manifolds extrude honed and it does a great job.... smooth as a baby's butt. Just wish it weren't so expensive.

I had my Throttle body transition casting, and turbo intake transition casting extrude honed. It was $75 for each peice, about an inch and a half diameter, and 10 inches long.

I will most definately have it done to my intake and exhaust manifolds later down the line.

I had the brillant idea to extrude hone my stock turbo housing. But I blew the front of the turbo through the back of the turbo. In other words make sure the company knows what it is doing. I have since gotten smarter about extruding!!!
